Job Summary:
The Social Media Executive will support the Brand Marketing team by managing day-to-day social media activities, executing content plans, driving engagement, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms and markets. The role will primarily focus on the accounts contributing to both organic and paid social media performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts.
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Set KPIs and track performance across platforms (growth, engagement, reach, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
- Develop monthly content plans and oversee the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging content.
- Conduct regular social media audits to ensure brand consistency across platforms and markets (Facebook, Instagram, Zomato, aggregators, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, relevant hashtags, and trending topics to stay informed about community conversations.
- Leverage social media trends to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Source, evaluate, and manage influencers and content creators; oversee deliverables, approvals, and performance reporting.
- Explore collaboration opportunities to expand brand reach and engagement.
- Ensure all content and assets align with brand guidelines, company values, and business goals.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and support performance optimization.
- Prepare technical briefs and specifications for graphic designers, production teams, and content creators in line with the content plan.
- Handle community management by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster engagement.
- Gather customer feedback and insights from social media platforms and share actionable insights with operations teams.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and optimization recommendations.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational social media support to the Brand Marketing Manager.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of proven work experience as a social media executive within Food Retail or Food & Beverage Industry
- Energetic self-starter.
- Ability adapts to a multi- cultural environment.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
