Role Overview
 
As an Assistant Sales Manager - Motorcycles, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth and enhancing customer experience within our dynamic motorcycle showroom. As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, leading a passionate sales team and delivering superior service to motorcycle enthusiasts and customers alike.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and manage sales budgets, tracking performance against targets.
  • Monitor stock levels and ageing to ensure availability and minimize slow-moving items.
  • Plan, execute, and actively participate in marketing initiatives, community rides, and rider events to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
  • Co-ordinate with the marketing team to attend and manage motorcycle events.
  • Promote test rides, rentals, accessories, and motorcycle apparel sales to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Educate and inspire customers with your knowledge and passion for motorcycles.
  • Manage daily showroom operations, product displays, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure showroom standards, safety, and presentation are maintained.
Must have requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of automotive sales experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a dealership
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Valid UAE Motorcycle License is mandatory.
  • Experience in retail or motorcycle/powersports sales preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Results-driven, organized, and team-oriented.
