Role Overview
Become an integral part of our Emirates for Universal Tyres team as a Sales Executive - Battery & Lubricants, focusing on expanding our market presence in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment where your initiative, proactivity, and client focus will play a central role in boosting our brand visibility. You will foster long-term relationships with customers and consistently strive to exceed ambitious sales targets, dedicating yourself to ensuring our clients' needs are not just satisfied, but surpassed.
Responsibilities
- Follow the full sales process from prospecting to closing, including conducting client meetings and product presentations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for lubricants and batteries across diverse segments.
- Promote our solutions enthusiastically at garages, workshops, tyre shops, spare parts shops, fleet operators, and industrial clients.
- Manage customer follow-ups and delivery schedules efficiently to ensure high client satisfaction through excellent time management.
- Ensure prompt payment collection to maintain positive cash flow and healthy accounts.
- Provide daily sales activity reports to the Sales Manager, track competitor activity, and stay up-to-date on product specifications.
- Exemplify professional conduct, attitude, attendance, and appearance reflecting our company standards.
- Create new customer accounts by accurately completing credit applications and collaborating with the finance team for approval.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and actively contribute to the company's growth strategy in the region.
Must have requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the lubricants or battery industry.
- Proven understanding of the automotive market, customer segments, and a record of successful sales performance.
- Basic technical knowledge of lubricant grades and battery specifications for automotive and industrial sectors.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation, problem-solving abilities, and negotiation skills.
- A diligent team player who is punctual and committed to company values and procedures.
Nice to have requirements
- Prior experience with B2B sales in the automotive sector within Dubai or the Northern Emirates.
- Existing network of contacts in garages, workshops, or related automotive businesses.
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to the region.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or digital sales tools.
