Sales Executive - Emirates for Universal Tyres - AMS Group

Role Overview
Become an integral part of our team as a Sales Executive Emirates for Universal Tyres, focusing on expanding our market presence in Abu Dhabi. In this ONSITE role, you'll take initiative to boost our brand visibility, foster long-term relationships with customers, and meet ambitious sales goals. Responsibilities
  • Follow the complete sales process, from prospecting to closing, including client meetings and product presentations.
  • Identify and develop new business avenues for lubricants and batteries across various segments.
  • Promote our products at garages, workshops, tyre shops, spare parts shops, and with fleet operators and industrial clients.
  • Manage customer follow-ups and deliveries efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction through excellent time management.
  • Collect payments promptly to maintain positive cash flow and account status.
  • Report daily sales activities to the Sales Manager, providing market and competitor insights, and stay informed about product specifications.
  • Ensure that conduct, attitude, attendance, and personal appearance reflect the company's esteemed standards.
  • Create new customer accounts by completing credit applications and collaborating with the finance team for approvals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy in the region.
Requirements for the Role
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the lubricants or battery industry.
  • Proficient understanding of the automotive market and customer segments, showcasing a successful sales track record.
  • Basic technical understanding of lubricant grades, battery specifications, and applications in automotive and industrial sectors.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in customer orientation, problem-solving, and negotiation.
