Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive – Tyre to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As part of our Emirates for Universal Tyres team, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, driving the sales of Continental tyres within the FastFit channel. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with both senior FastFit management and on-ground staff, reinforcing Continental’s reputation for high quality Original Equipment and replacement tyres. You'll play a pivotal part in helping FastFit customers increase sell-out rates, addressing objections, and ensuring consistent stock availability at all FastFit locations.
Responsibilities
- Execute the complete sales process: prospecting, meetings, product presentations, negotiations, commitments, and closing deals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FastFit channel, including with recent market entrants.
- Create and deliver training materials for Service Advisors and Technicians to increase Continental tyre sales.
- Monitor, measure, and report on FastFit location performance concerning Continental tyre conversion, identifying growth opportunities and improvement areas.
- Manage customer follow-ups and deliveries, ensuring satisfaction through exceptional time management and organization.
- Maintain close oversight of Continental stock and sales at all FastFit locations and central warehouses to maximize availability.
- Consistently reflect the high standards of Continental and its FastFit partners through professional conduct, attitude, punctuality, and appearance.
- Achieve sales targets within the channel and actively contribute to broader company growth objectives.
- Ensure prompt collection of payments, maintaining healthy cash flow and customer account status.
Must have requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in the tyre industry.
- Solid understanding of the automotive market and industry structure, with specific knowledge of the FastFit channel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in negotiation and relationship building.
- Strong knowledge of automotive tyre types and technical specifications.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities and strong customer orientation.
