About the role:
As a Growth Content Writer within our GTM & Growth Marketing team, you will play an integral role in crafting persuasive, data-driven content that fuels user growth across the entire customer journey.
 
Reporting to our Growth Strategist, you’ll use creative, behaviorally-informed copy to influence user action – from initial awareness and acquisition to engagement, conversion, and retention.

What you will need to have:
  • Experience:2–3 years of experience in content writing or copywriting, preferably in a B2B SaaS, digital marketing, or growth marketing environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency:Native-level fluency in English and Arabic, with exceptional writing and editing skills in both languages. (You should be able to craft original content in Arabic, not only translate from English.)
  • Copywriting skills:A talent for persuasive, concise, and clear writing. You know how to tailor your tone and style to different channels and audiences, and you have a portfolio of impactful copy to prove it.
  • Data-driven mindset:Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Comfortable interpreting content performance data (open rates, click-through rates, conversion metrics, etc.) and using insights to optimize your writing.
  • Tech-savvy:Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software. Experience with A/B testing and using AI-powered writing or marketing tools is a big plus.
  • Creativity & growth mindset:A proactive, creative thinker who isn’t afraid to experiment. You have a hunger to learn new techniques, embrace feedback, and continuously improve your craft.
  • Behavioral Economics:Understanding of behavioral economics and its application in marketing psychology is a strong advantage.
  • Collaboration:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’re a team player who can work cross-functionally and build relationships with ease, whether it’s with marketers, designers, or sales reps.
  • Organization & detail orientation:Obsessively organized and detail-oriented. You can manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment without letting anything slip through the cracks.
