About the role:
 
As a Growth Designer within our GTM and Growth Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in visually articulating Bayzat’s value across the customer journey. You’ll design high-impact creative assets from website pages, landing pages, and product screen mockups to in-app visuals and campaign collaterals that drive awareness, engagement, and expansion.
 
Reporting to the Growth Strategist, you will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Design teams to craft visually compelling, conversion-optimized experiences supporting self-serve and sales-assisted growth. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, design, and product storytelling, ideal for designers who thrive on performance and narrative. Your work will directly impact how prospects and customers perceive and interact with our brand across touchpoints.

What you will need to have:
  • Experience:2–4 years of experience in marketing design, visual communication, or product marketing design, preferably in a B2B SaaS digital-first environment.
  • Design tool proficiency: Skilled in using modern design tools like Figma, landing page builders, and animation tools, to create high-impact visuals across marketing channels.
  • AI-enabled design fluency: Proficient in leveraging AI-powered design tools and automation platforms to enhance speed, creativity, and scalability in execution.
  • Creativity & growth mindset: A proactive, creative thinker unafraid to experiment. You hunger to learn new techniques, embrace feedback, and continuously improve your craft.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communicator and team player. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally with marketers, PMs, designers, and content writers to bring campaigns to life.
  • Organization & execution: Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment without compromising quality.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and stay calm under pressure. Start-up pace and shifting priorities don’t discourage you—they energies you.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for design and the psychology behind what makes users click, engage, and convert.
  • Language proficiency: Strong command of English, Arabic is a plus.
