Role Description
We are seeking a Project Sales Specialist (Outdoor) to join our dynamic team in UAE. This is a full-time, on-site role, focused on high-end project sales in luxury building materials. You will work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers to provide bespoke solutions and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project sales from specification through to order closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to provide insights to stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury building materials such as sanitaryware, tiles, kitchens, furniture, wardrobes, lighting, or other high-end finishes.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with project sales processes, including specifying products for architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is a must.
- Skills: Proficiency in sales and project management, with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion: A strong interest in design and luxury products, with an ability to convey their value to clients.
