Daikan is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations and support senior management in driving long-term growth and profitability. This role combines day-to-day management of financial reporting, cost control, and compliance, with high-level analysis and strategic financial planning to guide decision-making across the organization.
- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial plans that support the overall objectives of the business. This includes forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning to support growth initiatives.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks, including market volatility, liquidity challenges, and operational risks. Implement strategies to safeguard the company's financial assets and investments.
- Capital Management: Manage capital structure and working capital. Optimize capital allocation to support growth initiatives.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and regularly update forecasts based on market dynamics and business performance. Monitor variances and take corrective actions as needed.
- Cost Management: Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency across all aspects of the business, including food and beverage costs, labor expenses, and overheads.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity position to ensure sufficient funds are available for day-to-day operations and strategic investments. Implement cash management strategies to optimize liquidity.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and other regulatory requirements. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine strategic plans for business expansion, new market entry, and product diversification. Evaluate investment opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Technology Integration: Leverage financial technology (FinTech) solutions to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and improve decision-making capabilities.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team. Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to develop talent and foster a culture of excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders. Present financial reports and analysis in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or CPA/CFA qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or senior finance executive in the F&B industry or related sectors.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles and the F&B industry experience is a must
- In-depth knowledge of cost control techniques, financial analysis, and budgeting in the restaurant business.
- Proven experience in managing credit facilities and working with financial institutions.
