Role Overview

Hanar Restaurant, recognized as a premier destination for Anatolian cuisine, is seeking an enthusiastic Chef De Partie-Bakery to join the culinary team. In this position at Hanar Restaurant, you will have a vital role in preparing high-quality baked products, ensuring our guests consistently receive the freshest and finest treats.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a wide variety of Arabic bakery items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the bakery station at all times.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure timely delivery of baked goods.
Train and mentor junior staff and bakers within the team.
Monitor inventory levels, ordering ingredients as needed, and minimizing waste.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Support menu development by contributing new bakery ideas and seasonal specialties.

Must have requirements

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen environment focusing on Arabic bakery.
Proven expertise in preparing, baking, and presenting traditional Arabic bakery items.
Strong knowledge of bakery equipment and processes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to perform efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
