Role Overview
Hanar Restaurant, a premier destination for Anatolian cuisine, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waitress. As a Waitress at our renowned Hanar Restaurant, you will serve as a key member of our hospitality team. In this customer-facing role, you will thrive in an engaging, fast-paced environment, ensuring that each guest receives attentive and exceptional service.
 
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and present menus in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them promptly to kitchen staff, and ensure special requests are accommodated.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining courtesy and attention to detail.
  • Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond to inquiries swiftly.
  • Ensure tables are clean, organized, and set for the next guests.
  • Handle customer payments and process transactions using the restaurant’s POS system.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to provide smooth service.
Requirements for the Role
  • Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role in a restaurant setting preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
