Kitchen Crew - Eathos

The Kitchen Crew plays a vital role in supporting daily kitchen operations. This individual will assist in food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining cleanliness while ensuring all meals meet the quality and safety standards.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks as per recipes and SOPs.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Properly store ingredients and manage inventory rotation (FIFO).
  • Support the team during peak hours to ensure timely order dispatch.
  • Assist in receiving and organizing stock deliveries.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Culinary education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Experience working in cloud kitchen/dark kitchen setups is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques.
  • Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
