Marketing & Communications Lead - Ektis

Role Purpose
The Marketing & Communications Lead will be responsible for building and delivering the Ektis marketing and communications agenda as the firm continues to scale.
This role will own the day to day execution of our brand, content, campaigns, digital presence, internal communications and key events, while also helping shape how Ektis is positioned in the market. It is a hands on role for someone who can move confidently between strategy and delivery, turning ideas into high quality output that strengthens our visibility, credibility and culture.
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping Ektis build a strong market presence across the Middle East, support business development priorities, and bring consistency to how we communicate internally and externally.
 
Key Responsibilities

Brand, Positioning & Content
• Support the development and execution of the Ektis marketing and communications plan aligned to firm priorities
• Help shape and maintain a clear, differentiated market position for Ektis across target sectors and audiences
• Lead the development of marketing content including company messaging, thought leadership, website copy, social content, credentials, campaign assets and leadership profiles
• Translate complex consulting propositions into clear, engaging and commercially relevant content
• Ensure all external communications and materials are aligned to the Ektis brand and tone of voice
 
Digital Marketing & Channels
• Own and maintain the Ektis website, ensuring content remains current, high quality and aligned to business priorities
• Manage the publishing and promotion of thought leadership, announcements and campaigns across digital channels
• Support the planning and delivery of social media activity, including executive and company LinkedIn content
• Apply strong digital marketing practices including SEO, campaign coordination and audience engagement
• Monitor content and channel performance and recommend improvements based on insight and engagement
 
Campaigns & Business Support
• Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to support business growth, brand visibility and strategic initiatives
• Work closely with leadership and client facing teams to support priority campaigns, sector positioning and go to market activity
• Support the development of marketing collateral for proposals, credentials, recruitment campaigns and firmwide initiatives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver campaigns and assets to a high standard and on time
 
Communications
• Lead internal communications planning and delivery, helping ensure employees are informed, engaged and connected to the firm’s direction
• Draft and coordinate internal announcements, leadership messages, newsletters and culture communications
• Support external communications activity including company announcements, media coordination and profile raising opportunities
• Help ensure a consistent and professional communication approach across the business
 
Events & Profile Building
• Lead the planning and execution of internal and external events, including firm events, client engagement activity and leadership profile opportunities
• Coordinate suppliers, logistics, attendee communications, branded materials and on the day delivery
• Support speaking opportunities, sponsorships, partnerships and other brand visibility initiatives across the region
 
Function Build & Management
• Establish fit for purpose marketing and communications processes, templates, calendars and ways of working
• Manage marketing workflows, timelines, suppliers and budgets effectively
• Build strong working relationships across the business and act as a trusted delivery partner to senior stakeholders
• Over time, help shape how the marketing and communications function should scale as the firm grows
 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience across marketing, communications, brand, content or campaign delivery
• Experience working in a professional services, consulting or corporate environment is strongly preferred
• Strong writing and content development capability across both internal and external communications
• Experience delivering campaigns, digital content, events and stakeholder communications end to end
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace
• Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and translating broad ideas into tangible outputs
• Experience managing websites, CMS platforms, social channels and digital campaign activity
• Familiarity with CRM, email marketing and project workflow tools is beneficial
• Relevant degree or professional marketing qualification preferred
