Corporate Services Coordinator - InvestMenter Real Estate L.L.C.

The Corporate Services Coordinator is a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with proven expertise in business entity formation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. The role requires the ability to deliver precise, efficient, and client-centric corporate solutions that align with organizational and regulatory standards.  
 
This position plays a pivotal role in supporting clients through every stage of their business journey in the UAE, ensuring compliance with local laws, maintaining corporate records to the highest standards, and providing professional advisory support to facilitate smooth operations.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee business registration and entity formation processes across UAE free zones and mainland jurisdictions.
  • Administer all aspects of corporate governance and compliance, including license renewals, amendments, cancellations, and statutory filings.
  • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings and documentation in accordance with UAE laws and relevant authority requirements.
  • Support contract management and legal administration, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution of corporate documentation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, free zone regulators, and key external stakeholders, ensuring professional representation at all times.
  • Provide advisory services to clients, guiding them on compliance requirements, process improvements, and business setup best practices.
  • Maintain and update corporate records, registers, and statutory files, ensuring full compliance with record-keeping standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide corporate services insights and contribute to process enhancements and compliance monitoring.
  • Support the execution of due diligence, KYC, and AML checks as part of client onboarding and risk management processes.
 
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in business setup, corporate services, or company secretarial functions within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE corporate laws, free zone regulations, and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or corporate services management systems is an advantage.
