Events Coordinator - InvestMenter Real Estate L.L.C.

About the Role

InvestMenter Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Events Coordinator to plan, manage, and deliver exceptional investor-focused events and engagements. This role is key to reinforcing our premium brand experience by coordinating developers’ meetings, investor community tours, and corporate events while ensuring flawless execution across logistics, vendors, and branding.

The Events Coordinator also provides executive-level support to shareholders and administrative assistance to the Fulfillment Team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality stakeholder experiences.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute a comprehensive calendar of company and investor events.
  • Coordinate meetings and community tours with developers, ensuring professional representation of InvestMenter Real Estate.
  • Manage all event logistics, including venue booking, transportation, catering, and hospitality.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and negotiations to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Handle event merchandising, including mock-ups, design coordination, and inventory management.
  • Provide executive and administrative support to shareholders and the Fulfillment Team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Corporate Services teams to align event initiatives with company objectives.
 
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in event coordination, ideally within real estate or corporate settings.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools/software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
