Role Description
• Patient Monitoring – Assessing conditions and vital signs.

Key Responsibilities
• Patient Care & Customer Experience
o Deliver compassionate, efficient, and high-quality care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
o Assist in quick and accurate patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and medical documentation.
o Provide clear communication to patients and families, ensuring they understand procedures and care plans.
o Support a smooth, hassle-free patient journey, minimizing wait times and optimizing service delivery.
• Clinical & Technical Support
o Administer medications and treatments as per physician instructions, ensuring safety and accuracy.
o Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and escalate issues promptly.
o Operate and maintain medical equipment, ensuring all tools are functional and ready for use.
o Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Collaboration & Efficiency
o Work closely with doctors, specialists, and fellow nurses to coordinate timely and effective patient care.
o Support smooth patient transitions between departments, ensuring continuity of care.
o Maintain accurate electronic medical records and update documentation promptly.
o Participate in nursing team meetings, training, and professional development.
• Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control
o Adhere to KSA healthcare regulations, SCFHS guidelines, and hospital protocols.
o Follow CBAHI and JCI accreditation standards to maintain service excellence.
o Participate in quality assurance programs and ongoing professional training.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license as a Registered Nurse.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Knowledge of KSA healthcare regulations, CBAHI/JCI accreditation standards, and infection control.
• Experience using electronic health records and digital patient management systems.
Experience
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical center.
• Experience in patient assessment, medication administration, and emergency response.
• Background in customer-focused healthcare delivery, ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Familiarity with modern medical equipment and digital healthcare systems.
Skills
• Strong patient care and communication skills to enhance the customer experience.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, ensuring efficiency without compromising care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and digital healthcare platforms.
