We’re looking for a Google Ads & Database Marketing Specialist to drive qualified leads and revenue through smart performance marketing and effective use of data.
This role owns Google Ads performance end-to-end while turning CRM, WhatsApp, and email databases into real conversion opportunities. If you’re analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable being accountable for CPL, lead quality, and ROI — this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Google Ads & Paid Media

Plan, launch, and optimise Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns

Manage keywords, bidding strategies, budgets, audiences, and ad creatives

Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, and funnels to improve CPL and lead quality

Ensure accurate tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion events
Data & Performance Insights

Analyse campaign and CRM data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities

Track CPL, CPA, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI
-
Build clear dashboards and reports for weekly and monthly reviews

Use data to drive decisions — not assumptions
Database, WhatsApp & Email Marketing

Manage and segment CRM databases for smarter targeting

Run WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for nurturing, reactivation, and promotions

Execute email campaigns for lead warming and long-term follow-up

Build basic automation flows for new, cold, and returning leads

Improve engagement and conversion rates across WhatsApp and email channels
Collaboration

Work closely with sales to understand lead quality and feedback

Coordinate with web and creative teams on landing pages and ad assets

Align campaigns with business goals and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ hands-on experience managing Google Ads with proven results

Strong data analysis skills using Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboards

Experience working with CRM systems and lead segmentation

Hands-on experience with WhatsApp broadcasts and email marketing
-
Comfortable owning performance metrics and making data-backed decisions
