Role Overview
Richmond Properties is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns.
This role will play a key part in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and external partners. You will be responsible for campaign and content coordination, and day-to-day marketing operations in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across property portals, social media, email, and paid channels
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activity with available inventory and priorities
- Track campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are met
Content & Branding
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials including brochures, listings, social media posts, and presentations
- Liaise with designers, videographers, and wider team to produce high-quality content
- Ensure all materials are aligned with Richmond Properties’ brand guidelines
- Support the creation of engaging content for social media and digital platforms
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with managing social media accounts and scheduling posts
- Support basic updates to the website and landing pages
- Help monitor performance of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and report on results
- Track lead sources and campaign effectiveness
Lead Management & CRM
- Ensure leads from portals and campaigns are accurately captured and distributed
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and assist with database management
- Support email marketing campaigns and database communications
Events & Promotions
- Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and on-site support for any Richmond events
- Work with partners and developers on co-branded initiatives
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing or coordination role (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Familiarity with property portals such as Property Finder and Bayut
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, email, paid ads)
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Content creation skills (copywriting, social media, video coordination)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
