About the Role
The Associate Director will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a profitable secondary market team. You will work closely with senior management to drive performance, develop talent, and ensure consistent revenue growth in one of Dubai’s most competitive real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of secondary market brokers
- Drive revenue performance through effective sales strategies and market positioning
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing agents as the business scales
- Implement training, coaching, and performance management frameworks
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and deal progression
- Strengthen developer, landlord, and investor relationships
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company standards
- Contribute to overall business strategy alongside senior leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Dubai real estate, with strong secondary market expertise
- Proven leadership background managing high-performing sales teams
- Consistent personal track record of strong sales performance
- Deep knowledge of Dubai’s property market, trends, and regulations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly driven, commercially minded, and results-oriented
