Position Overview
:As an Associate Product Manager, you will work across multiple areas of the business, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product solutions. You will play a key role in driving product improvements, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring seamless operations across various functions including logistics, finance, and customer journeys.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Improvement:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance existing products and features.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to define product requirements and support development cycles.
  • Assist in prioritizing tasks and managing the product backlog.
  1. User Experience & Journey Optimization:
  • Contribute to refining the user experience for both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Help define and improve processes across key user touchpoints to drive engagement and satisfaction.
  1. Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Support data analysis efforts to evaluate product performance and guide decision-making.
  • Help create metrics and reporting systems to track product success and identify areas for optimization.
  1. Product Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain clear and organized product documentation.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for key stakeholders to keep them updated on product progress.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience:0-3 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or technology.
  • Skills: 
    Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
    Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with different teams effectively.
  • Mindset:A proactive, self-starter with a “get it done” attitude and a passion for learning.
  • Tools:Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana), data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI), and design tools (e.g., Figma) is a plus. Experience with MySQL is also a plus.
