Responsibilities:
· Manage Field Supervisors and Health Coaches across cities, ensuring structured execution, clinic presence, and patient onboarding.
· Track daily attendance, patient interactions, Product sampling, kiosk performance, and report deviations.
· Review dashboards for enrollment, engagement, and repurchase trends. Ensure data accuracy and fix operational gaps.
· Liaise with internal tech, admin, content, and CRM teams to resolve issues and align workflows.
· Address on-ground issues from field teams or clinics with quick, actionable solutions.
· Drive periodic reviews, 1-on-1s, and refresher trainings to upskill Health Coaches and Field Executives.
· Serve as operational lead with external stakeholders—doctors, clinic staff, and program brand team
· Share progress updates, risk alerts, and success stories with leadership and key partners on a regular cadence.
· Conduct regular clinic visits and shadow calls to gather firsthand insights and drive quality.
· Identify bottlenecks and propose operational enhancements for scale and sustainability.
· Ensure timely recruitment, training, and deployment of new team members across regions.
· Connect with all stakeholders—internal teams, external vendors, client partners—and manage alignment.
· Attend weekly cadences and scheduled check-ins; ensure relevant reports are prepared, submitted, and reviewed in Time
Education:
Education: Bachelors in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Public Health, Nursing, or any allied healthcare field.
Experience:
· 2–4 years of experience in a field operation, team handling, or health program role.
· Previous exposure to working with healthcare professionals, clinic operations, or wellness programs is helpful.
· Experience managing field teams or supervising in-person engagement activities is a plus.
Skills:
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Hands-on with dashboards, trackers, and performance data.
· Fluency in English and regional languages (preferred).
· Willingness to travel as needed.
