Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage a mental health services contract in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on patient recruitment from labour camps and clinics, end-to-end contract management, stakeholder coordination, and scaling mental health outreach programs while ensuring high service quality and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operations of the mental health contract, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs and regulatory requirements.
- Drive patient recruitment through camps, clinics, and referral networks, working closely with on-ground teams.
- Design and execute go-to-market and outreach strategies for mental health programs to maximize reach and impact.
- Build and manage strong partnerships with clinics, hospitals, employers, and community stakeholders.
- Develop and expand referral networks to ensure steady patient inflow and program sustainability.
- Oversee service delivery, ensuring high-quality care, smooth coordination, and continuous process improvement.
- Track performance metrics, patient satisfaction, and operational outcomes; implement improvements to enhance retention and referrals.
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to scale services efficiently.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing healthcare or mental health operations, programs, or large service contracts.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, and referral network development.
- Experience in launching or scaling healthcare services, outreach programs, or community-based initiatives.
- Ability to design and execute GTM or expansion strategies for new healthcare offerings.
- Strong operational, analytical, and people management skills.
- Patient-centric mindset with a focus on service quality and satisfaction.
