We are looking for a Commercial Planning Lead to join our team — a role that sits at the intersection of FP&A and business analytics, and is central to how we plan, perform, and grow.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in the numbers and in the conversation. You will work with revenue data, build financial projections, set commercial targets, and develop growth plans — while also conducting the data analysis that drives operational efficiency across our projects.
What you'll be doing:
→ Monitoring project performance across the portfolio through robust revenue analysis and reporting
→ Developing financial projections and growth plans that inform strategic decision-making
→ Setting commercial targets in partnership with senior stakeholders
→ Identifying efficiency opportunities through data analysis and translating findings into clear recommendations
→ Presenting insights and performance updates regularly to senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders
→ Acting as the analytical backbone of the commercial planning function
What we're looking for:
A commercially minded analyst with a strong FP&A foundation and the curiosity to go beyond the numbers. You are detail-oriented, a confident communicator, and able to work collaboratively across teams to drive better outcomes.
Required skills:
→ Advanced Excel — non-negotiable. You must be highly proficient and able to build, manage, and interrogate complex financial models
→ SQL — essential. You will be querying and manipulating large datasets as a core part of the role
→ Power BI — experience building dashboards and translating data into clear visual narratives for stakeholders
→ Data storytelling — the ability to take complex analysis and communicate it clearly to non-technical audiences
→ Stakeholder management — comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leadership on a regular basis
→ Collaborative by nature — you work well across functions and bring people with you
