Retention Agent - TruDoc

Position Summary: As a Retention Agent, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by engaging with prospective patients, presenting tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires proactive communication, effective sales strategies, and a patient-centered approach to ensure a seamless sales experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
1. Conduct Proactive Outreach:
o Initiate outbound calls to potential patients to introduce and promote our products/services.
o Address inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and empathy.
2. Foster Patient Relationships:
o Build strong relationships with patients by actively listening and understanding their specific needs.
o Offer personalized solutions to enhance trust and satisfaction.
3. Drive Sales Performance:
o Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our offerings.
o Guide patients through the sales process to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
4. Record-Keeping and Data Management:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and sales activities in EMR and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho).
o Ensure proper documentation to support sales pipeline management and reporting.
5. Deliver Exceptional Patient Service:
o Provide timely resolutions to patient concerns or complaints.
o Offer post-sales support to ensure a positive patient experience.
6. Stay Informed:
o Keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
o Utilize this knowledge to position offerings effectively and identify sales opportunities.
7. Collaborate for Success:
o Work closely with team members, sharing insights and strategies to improve overall sales performance.
o Participate in team meetings, training, and workshops to enhance skills.
8. Ensure Compliance and Quality Standards:

2. Upselling and Cross-Selling:
o Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell complementary products/services.

o Gather patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with the team.
4. Support Marketing Campaigns:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and track campaign-specific telesales initiatives.
5. Time Management and Planning:
o Prioritize daily tasks and manage time effectively to meet sales and service goals.
6. Training and Mentorship:
o Assist in onboarding and mentoring new telesales team members, sharing best practices and techniques.
7. Continuous Improvement:
o Participate in ongoing training and development programs to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
