Reporting to: Social Media Manager
 
As a Social Media Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms. Working closely with senior team members and creatives, you will help ensure that all content follows platform best practices, aligns with client strategies, and drives engagement.
 
Your day-to-day will include managing content calendars, scheduling posts, conducting social listening, and preparing reports. You’ll also lead brainstorming sessions and liaise with the Production team to ensure seamless delivery of social media assets.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication related to social media deliverables.
  • Liaise closely with the Production team to align deliverables with content needs and timely delivery of assets.
  • Create shot lists and develop tailored social media strategies based on client goals.
  • Manage and update content calendars, scheduling and publishing posts across platforms.
  • Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions to shape creative approaches and content direction for each client.
  • Ensure all social assets are aligned with verbal and visual guidelines provided by the creative and art direction teams.
  • Monitor social media channels and trends to provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Handle community management tasks, including responding to messages and comments in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
  • Prepare performance reports and basic analysis with insights and suggestions for future content.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Good understanding of key social media platforms and their content formats (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and eagerness to contribute fresh ideas.
