Corporate Services & Operations Manager - ACM Limited

We are looking for a highly organized, relentless, and systematically-minded Corporate Services & Operations Manager to take full ownership of the administration, corporate governance, and operational support for our portfolio of companies. This is a hands-on, responsibility-heavy role designed for a professional with a strong background in corporate services (CorpSec) or legal operations. You will sit at the intersection of entity management and execution of complex financial transactions, ensuring that our systems run like clockwork and no detail is ever missed.
 
What you will do
 
Your focus will be divided into three core areas:
 
Corporate Governance & Entity Management
  • Take full ownership of the lifecycle management for 19+ corporate entities across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Execute routine but critical corporate tasks: tracking and renewing business licenses, coordinating filings, maintaining up-to-date corporate structures, and handling entity updates.
  • Manage relationships and coordinate timely payments with external service providers (corporate secretaries, registered agents, legal and accounting firms).
  • Build a bulletproof archiving and documentation system from scratch (folder structures, access management) to ensure we are 100% prepared for future audits and never lose critical closing documents.
Transaction & Liquidity Operations
  • Act as the operational engine for internal liquidity requests and corporate transactions.
  • Help design, coordinate, and execute operational and settlement schemes involving moving cash, securities, and digital assets across various counterparties and platforms.
  • Liaise with internal legal and compliance teams: translate business tasks into clear instructions for lawyers, review drafted agreements to ensure they match the commercial intent, and push the execution forward.
  • Monitor transactional flows (banking, custody, and trading), proactively identify operational bottlenecks, and resolve them independently.
Project Expansion (Long-term perspective)
  • Once the core corporate administration is fully structured and running seamlessly, you will be progressively involved in deeper analytical tasks, operational projects, and strategic initiatives supporting senior management.
Who we are looking for
 
We are seeking a specific mindset: someone who combines meticulous attention to documentation with the operational drive to push transactions through. You genuinely enjoy bringing order to chaos and building repeatable workflows.
 
Our ideal candidate has:
  • 2–5+ years of experience within a Corporate Service Provider (CorpSec), International Law Firm, Family Office, or Tier-1 Consulting/Operations environment.
  • Experience servicing or managing international corporate entities, understanding cross-border structures, licensing, and banking relations.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets, liquidity movements, transaction processing, or banking instructions.
  • Hyper-responsibility and meticulousness: You are thorough, detail-oriented, and naturally possess a high level of ownership.
  • Persistence with empathy: You know how to chase internal teams and external counterparties, follow up, and resolve blockers without creating friction or conflict.
 
Key requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Excellent English (working language of the role).
  • Ability and willingness to work full-time from the Abu Dhabi office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
