Reports to: Digital Operations Director/Manager
Purpose: Own the end-to-end adoption, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the ERP system across the business, ensuring it supports scalable, disciplined operations across rental, projects, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP Ownership & Governance

Act as the single point of accountability for ERP usage

Define and enforce ERP governance rules

Be the escalation point between:

Operations

Finance

Commercial

IT

External vendors
2. Process Mapping & Redesign
-
Map current vs required workflows:
-
Redesign processes where ERP friction exists

Standardise processes across business units
3. System Optimisation & Gap Resolution
Identify:
Decide:

Asses the validity of the current system. What works? What does not?

Configuration change vs process change vs customisation
-
Manage ERP enhancements and upgrades
-
Translate operational needs into system requirements
4. Adoption & Change Management

Drive ERP usage across all Divisions and operational roles

Eliminate parallel systems (Google sheets, Excel, WhatsApp trackers, other logs / hand-written systems / side logs)

Design role-specific training and SOPs
-
Support leadership

Provide adoption metrics
5. Reporting & Decision Support

Ensure ERP reports reflect reality

Provide utilization reports for various assets across multiple Divisions

Be an integral part of our Digital Transformation Team

6. People Leadership & Organisational Development

Lead, motivate, and develop the team across multiple functions.

7. Governance, Systems & Process

Ensure the business operates in line with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.

Drive the adoption of ERP system, asset utilization, fleet management, and CRM systems across the business where applicable.

Establish clear operating procedures, controls, and reporting rhythms.
Candidate Profile
Experience
-
Proven experience in ERP systems, adoption and implementation
-
Proven track record of leading systems change in medium to large organisations in the GCC.
-
Experience in Senior Operations / Management role
-
Strong background in one or more of the following:

Change management and new systems adoption
-
Construction or major events Industry
-
Equipment rental, automotive, mobility, or light industrial assets

Demonstrated success in developing ERP systems in a business, not just maintaining systems
