Al Laith is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to support our operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will lead and manage all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental functions across projects, ensuring full compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s QHSE management system in accordance with international standards.

Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and prepare corrective action plans.

Conduct regular site inspections, internal audits, and risk assessments to ensure safe working practices.

Deliver QHSE training programs and toolbox talks for employees and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory bodies, client requirements, and ISO standards.

Monitor project performance and generate QHSE reports and KPIs for management review.

Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across all projects.

Liaise with clients, authorities, and internal teams on all QHSE-related matters.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience Required:

NEBOSH Diploma – mandatory requirement.

Minimum 10 years of international experience in QHSE roles.

At least 5 years of experience in the Middle East (KSA experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Proven leadership experience managing QHSE teams and overseeing multiple project sites.

Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced project environments with diverse teams.
