Role Overview
Join our dynamic technical team as a Trainee Technician, where you'll contribute to troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining a range of powered access machinery. As part of our team in Dubai, UAE, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, gaining hands-on experience from day one while supporting critical equipment reliability and safety for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in inspection, diagnosis, and repair of powered access machines
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other aerial work platforms
- Maintain accurate service logs and maintenance records
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines
- Participate actively in on-the-job technical training and skill development sessions
- Report equipment faults and ensure timely escalation of issues when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of technical experience, preferably with powered access or similar industrial machinery
- Completed ITI (Industrial Training Institute) qualification or equivalent technical certification
- Fundamental understanding of mechanical and electrical repair principles
- Basic proficiency in using diagnostic tools and hand tools
