Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor – Site Services Operations to oversee on-site installation and operational activities for temporary site solutions, including cabins, portable toilets and related infrastructure for major event projects.
The role is responsible for supervising manpower teams, coordinating crane operations, managing plumbing and electrical connections, ensuring adherence to project schedules, and maintaining safety standards on site. The Supervisor will report to the Team Lead – Operations and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise the installation and dismantling of temporary site facilities, including cabins, portable toilets, and related infrastructure.

Coordinate crane operations and lifting activities in line with project requirements.

Oversee plumbing, drainage, and electrical connections for temporary site services.

Manage and supervise site manpower teams, subcontractors, and operators.

Ensure work is completed according to project schedules and deadlines.

Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Enforce company safety policies and ensure adherence to HSE standards.

Coordinate with the Project Manager, Team Lead, and other departments for smooth execution.

Maintain site records, reports, and material tracking.

Address and resolve on-site operational issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or technical certification in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site supervision or operations.

Experience in temporary structures, site services, or event-related projects is preferred.

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical connections, and basic civil works.

Experience coordinating lifting and crane activities.

Strong leadership and team supervision skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Good communication skills in English.

Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
