Job Summary:
 
The Store Admin assists the retail manager with a variety of tasks and clerical projects. You will be responsible for running reports, scheduling, and managing policy/procedural paperwork. This position is best fit for an energetic, team player that is looking to grow within the hospitality industry.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
  • Produce daily reports Purchase Orders, Cost/Transfer Sheets and Invoices in accordance with brand policies.
  • Produce monthly reports such as monthly inventory.
  • Support Sales Staff in any specific order.
  • Coordinate deliveries across different emirates.
Job Requirements:
 
  • Previous proven experience as a Store Admin in a fast-paced Restaurant, Chocolate Boutique or Similar F&B Concept would be preferred.
  • High level of focus needed with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to make independent decisions while maintaining strong ethical standards in line with company policy.
  • Based or willing to relocate to Al Ain.

Job Summary:
 
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the areas you were assigned to particularly but not limited to inside and outside of Kitchen various other cleaning duties.
 
Job Requirements:
 
  • Ensuring the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times.
  • Operating pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards.
  • Collecting and removes trash from all areas of the operation following established procedures.
  • Disposing of waste as per authority standards and recycling guidelines and ensuring waste bin areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Carrying out general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing pots, pans, utensils, and other minor equipment routinely used in the kitchen following established procedures.
  • Washing, wiping, sorting, stacking dishes, and load/unload dishwasher.
  • Washing, wiping, sorting, stacking and storing all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner.
  • Cleaning and maintaining floors and walls in kitchen and dish washing area by following standard procedures.
  • Checking all chemical levels and inventory.
  • Adhering to all sanitation guidelines.
  • If any breakages or chipped items are found, then removing them from circulation and update the breakage and inventory register
  • Reporting any maintenance or hazard issues to the Sous-Chef or Head Chef.
  • Always maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Capability to perform repetitious duties.
  • Performing other reasonable job duties as assigned by direct supervisors from time to time.
