Job Summary:
Works closely with the Design Team, Management and Store Team to achieve store targets. Responsible for project deliverables, meeting overall project design schedules, as well as preparing and presenting design presentations to Ethan Allen clients.
Job Requirements:
• Inspiring creativity throughout all design work
• Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and Sell the company’s products or services to customers
• Handling client’s transactions
• Create design solutions that are consistent with the customer’s preference and budget
• Provide exceptional service to customers, before and after the sale, by promptly keeping the customers informed of their order status including any delays
• Contacting potential clients in person or phone to establish rapport and set up Home Calls, Design Presentations and Buying Appointments
• Develop and communicate a strong knowledge about Ethan Allen history, craftsmanship and products
• Stay updated by attending to Company organized trainings. Stay current on design and color trends in the region and communicate to team
• Utilize corporate systems and technology to maximize efficiency in designing projects, creating presentations and providing professional service for the design team’s customers
• Ensure full compliance of company policies as it relates to order processing, cash/ asset handling, store and stock loss.
• Support VM/SM with maintaining Visual Merchandising Standards to ensure a “grand opening” look and feel to clients. Support with new seasonal launch execution
