Job Summary:
 
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing engaging digital content across all company platforms. This role focuses on increasing audience engagement, generating creative ideas, and implementing innovative approaches to digital marketing while staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Create, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team and Brand Manager to plan and implement content strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to ensure content relevance and competitiveness.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, style standards, and legal requirements.
  • Work closely with in-house designers to produce visuals and marketing collateral.
Job Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.
  • Experience with editorial and concept shoots is preferred.
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • UAE Driving License.
