Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with all F&B stores and the procurement team on all Supply Chain activities. The job holder will also Support the Operations and Procurement team with sourcing and Service agreement contracts and requirements.
Job Requirements:
• Provides Support to the Operations Team and store GMs in terms of day to day requirements, ensures all stores Supply and Service Contracts and agreements are on folder and renewed.
• Oversees their daily operations needs and concerns and liaises with Supply Chain and procurement.
• Provides and maintains the Calendar of the Supply Chain Department Team members
• Provides and maintains the calendar of imports, clearances and order replenishments
• Prepares weekly, monthly or daily Supply Chain reports and communications with other departments.
• Tracks Department Monthly Spend actual vs budgeted and keeps track of Monthly savings.
• Handles all Operational products and quality issues and reports.
• Coordinates with other vendors for restaurants requirements for Orders, contracts, and other documentation procedures required.
• Prepares LPOs if needed and follows ups on order deliveries, delays and back logs
• Communicates delivery schedules updates from the vendors to the stores for special events, seasons, or route changes
• Communicates with the stores any item alerts for new launches, shortages, phasing out, new vendor launch or item change or replacements or discounts.
• Ensures stores opening requirements from Supply Chain Stand point are in place and delivered to ensure timely openings.
• Corresponds to Stores e-mails and telephone calls and attends to their queries
• Arranges all couriers required inbound or outbound
• Ensures that Supply Chain meets all required deliverables within the needed time-lines for all new stores openings and new project launches as per the critical path and activity calendar within the company.
• Executes all launches of signed off contracts to ensure smooth role out to the stores, successful launches and minimal snags or problems.
