Job Summary:
 
Sales Ambassador job requires a high level of customer interaction, meaning customer service assistant should have good customer facing and communication skills. Responsible for providing the highest standards of Customer service, provides excellent customer satisfaction.
 
Majorly require Sales Ambassador to meet daily individual sales targets, Mystery shopper and internal audit results. Also should take part with daily instore initiatives such as sampling, etc.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, before and after the sale, by promptly keeping the customers informed of their order status including any delays
  • Professionally greet and assist customers to establish rapport and building loyalty to brand
  • Book appointments and in-home consultations in partnership with in-store Design Team
  • Handling client’s transactions
  • Educate customers about the complimentary design service Ethan Allen provides, offering as little or as much design service as a customer desires
  • Attends to customer complaints in an efficient and tactful manner by investigating the complaint and making the required suggestions for resolution
  • Develop and communicate a strong knowledge about Ethan Allen history, craftsmanship and products.
  • Stay updated by attending to Company organized trainings
  • Ensure full compliance of company policies as it relates to order processing, cash/ asset handling, store and stock loss.
  • Ensure store environment is clean and organized at all times.
  • Support VM/SM with maintaining Visual Merchandising Standards to ensure a “grand opening” look and feel to clients. Support with new seasonal launch execution.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 2 to 5 years of retail experience.
  • Experience in Luxury Retail, Furniture, Lifestyle.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
  • Graduate in a related discipline.
  • An excellent communicator & negotiator.
  • Excellent in customer service and handling customer complaints.
