Role Overview
As a Service Advisor, you will act as the critical link between customers and our service team, playing a vital part in delivering an exceptional automotive service experience. As part of our Specialized Sports Equipment team in Al Ain, you'll work in an ONSITE environment where your focus will be on managing the entire customer journey—from initial booking to final delivery—ensuring transparent communication, excellent service, and complete satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and collect vehicle information for service appointments.
- Provide accurate service recommendations and explain required maintenance or repairs.
- Prepare estimates, clarify charges, and secure customer approvals before proceeding.
- Coordinate with the workshop to monitor job status and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Update customers about the progress, delays, or changes in their service order.
- Address customer feedback and resolve any complaints to guarantee satisfaction.
- Promote additional maintenance packages and services as appropriate.
- Maintain precise service records and manage all relevant warranty claims.
- Liaise with the parts department to secure prompt parts availability.
- Ensure compliance with dealership and safety standards at all times.
Must have requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably within a dealership.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to clearly explain technical information in user-friendly terms.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic automotive repairs and systems.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
- Diploma or degree in automotive or a related field preferred.
- Valid UAE driver’s license is an added advantage.
