Fleet Sales Specialist - Truck & Industrial Tyres - AMS Group

Role Overview
 
As a Fleet Sales Specialist – Truck and Industrial Tyres, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Continental’s comprehensive range of commercial truck and industrial tyre solutions across the UAE. As part of our Emirates for Universal Tyres team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment covering Dubai and the Northern Emirates, leveraging a techno-commercial approach to drive business growth and provide crucial market insights supporting strategic decisions. You'll manage existing key fleet accounts, actively acquire new business, and deliver consultative, value-based solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
 
Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new fleet and industrial accounts within assigned territories.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with current customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Apply a techno-commercial value-selling approach to present product benefits and illustrate total cost of ownership advantages.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales and performance targets.
  • Understand fleet customer needs, assess operations, and recommend tailored tyre solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical and service departments for fleet inspections, product demonstrations, and service scheduling.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and detailed activity reports.
  • Uphold and represent the Continental brand professionally in all customer interactions.
  • Comply with all company and industry safety standards and procedures.
Must have requirements
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in the tyre industry, especially in B2B or fleet sales (truck or industrial tyres).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required; working knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Proven strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong time management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to safety and compliance with company procedures.
Nice to have requirements
  • Experience working with Continental Tyres or comparable international tyre brands.
  • Previous experience managing large fleet accounts regionally.
  • Certification or formal training in sales or tyre technology.
