Sales Executive - Harley-Davidson - AMS Group

Role Overview
Join our team as a Sales Executive specializing in Motorcycles with emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our dealership in Dubai / Abu Dhabi. Working primarily onsite, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets and representing the legendary Harley-Davidson brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide high-standard customer service while adhering to company policies and Harley-Davidson standards.
  • Support ongoing team efforts by addressing customer issues with excellence.
  • Meet or exceed targets for motorcycle sales, accessory sales, and retail finance.
  • Utilize a systematic sales approach to capitalize on available opportunities.
  • Engage in prospecting initiatives and customer follow-ups to boost sales.
  • Coordinate and assist the Rental Operator with motorcycle handovers in Dubai.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Harley-Davidson products and industry competitors.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient documentation in line with company standards.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, reporting issues to the designated representative.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and presentation at all times.
  • Promote Harley-Davidson's reputation through effective customer interactions.
  • Regularly make contact with current customers to drive repeat business.
  • Organize road tests and technical assessments for accurate trade-in valuations.
Requirements for the Role
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and support fellow staff members.
  • Familiarity with standard documentation and sales processing requirements.
