We're looking for a highly motivated, execution-focused Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role sits within our FP&A function, responsible for building and maintaining the reporting infrastructure that drives business decisions across the organisation. You'll pull data from multiple systems and translate it into clean, reliable outputs that enable strategic oversight.
This role suits someone from a tech or SaaS background who is able to deliver high-quality work in short turnaround times and takes accountability for the quality of what they produce.
Key Responsibilities
-
Extract and consolidate financial and operational data from multiple sources including our ERP (NetSuite) and project management tools to produce accurate, timely reports
-
Build and maintain recurring reports — including utilisation reports, project profitability reports, revenue reporting, and ad hoc analysis — on a weekly cadence
-
Ensure data integrity across source systems; identify and flag data entry issues and work to resolve them at the structural level
-
Own the data flow end-to-end: from understanding what the correct data structure should be through to the final output
-
Produce group-level reporting across geographies including UAE and Malaysia
-
Support the budgeting process with relevant data, analysis, and modelling
-
Organise and maintain financial documentation so that supporting records are always audit-ready
-
Collaborate with business partners across HR, Delivery, and other functions to source the inputs needed for reporting
-
Use AI tools and automation to increase the speed and efficiency of financial reporting workflows
Required Skills & Experience
-
4+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role
-
Background in a technology or software company, with familiarity with SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, and related KPIs
-
Strong hands-on proficiency with Tableau or equivalent data visualisation tools
-
Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite
-
Demonstrated experience automating financial reporting processes
-
A relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CMA, CPA or equivalent) or a postgraduate qualification in Finance — candidates with strong tech-company experience may be considered without a formal qualification
-
High output orientation — ability to deliver accurate, well-structured work at pace
-
Strong ownership mindset; able to self-direct and maintain quality without close supervision
Desirable Skills
-
Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as Claude or similar) to enhance or automate financial workflows
-
Exposure to group-level or multi-entity consolidation reporting
-
Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes
-
Experience working across multiple geographies or within a regional finance function
-
Prior exposure to project-based or professional services business models
