Sales Director - Azco Real Estate Brokers

Role Overview
As a Sales Director, you will lead the sales function as part of our dynamic team at Azco Real Estate. You'll work in an onsite environment, providing sales leadership with a keen focus on off plan and secondary market opportunities. You will drive growth by developing effective strategies, mentoring your sales teams, and cultivating client relationships within Dubai's competitive real estate sector.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve organizational targets
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue and capture market share in both off plan and secondary property segments
  • Foster strong relationships with developers, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct market analyses to identify opportunities and respond proactively to trends
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare accurate forecasts, and implement improvements
  • Ensure the team delivers exceptional service and upholds the company’s reputation
  • Coordinate with marketing and support departments for seamless business processes
Must have requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales with strong exposure to off plan projects and knowledge of the secondary market
  • Proven track record in leading sales teams within Dubai’s real estate industry
  • In-depth understanding of  Dubai markets
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, onsite environment
Nice to have requirements
  • Experience with CRM software and digital sales platform
  • Certification or formal training in real estate sales or management
  • Exposure to international real estate markets
