Off Plan Property Consultant - Azco Real Estate Brokers

We’re growing our Off-plan Sales team and looking for driven agents who enjoy working with people, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and want to turn conversations into contracts, this could be the right move for you.
 
This role offers hands-on exposure to Dubai’s residential market, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to grow with a supportive, professional team.
 
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Introducing buyers and investors to off-plan projects and new developer launches
  • Explaining project details such as layouts, pricing, payment plans, and timelines
  • Connecting with clients through offline channels — referrals, networking, events, exhibitions, and direct conversations
  • Guiding clients through the booking and documentation process
  • Building long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and developer partners
  • Staying updated on new launches, market trends, and investment opportunities
(No physical property viewings - this role is fully project and developer focused.)
 
What We Are Looking for:
  • Agents with real estate off-plan or off-plan resale knowledge (A strong advantage, not a deal-breaker, your drive for success matters more)
  • Confident communicators who enjoy client-facing work
  • Self-motivated, target-driven individuals who like seeing results
  • Team players who can also work independently
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s property market is a plus
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Fluency in English - Additional languages are highly desirable: Russian, Mandarin, Arabic, French, German, Spanish, and Farsi
