Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
  • Supporting / Collaborating with sales rep in Bayzat and the insurance company.
  • Generate official quote and process policy confirmations with insurers using their quote tools, insurer portals and emails.
  • Work on endorsements, renewals and cancellation processes for Bayzat clients.
  • Update data in our CRM and ensure all information / documents are collected and organized.
  • Update our data-base of information on any new updates relevant to the job.
 
What you will need to have:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in Sales Operations.
  • Strong strategic, critical-thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Obsessively organized and detail-oriented behaviour.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle completing priorities.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and openness to feedback.
