About the role:
 
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Fintech team, which is actively building Bayzat’s Spend Management suite — including Accounts Payable, Corporate Card Expenses, and Accounts Receivable.

A core responsibility of this role will be to lead the development of deep, reliable accounting and ERP integrations, ensuring financial data such as invoices, payments, and transactions are seamlessly synced with our customers’ accounting systems. You'll also play a key role in shaping and scaling payment infrastructure, complex approval flows, and corporate expense controls.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who has built fintech or expense management products before and understands the nuances of accounting, payments, and financial operations.

What you will need to have:
  • 2-5 years of product management experience, preferably in fintechexpense management, or ERP/accounting-integrated SaaS platforms
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling accounting or ERP integrations — understanding reconciliation logic, journal entries, and financial workflows
  • Solid understanding of how payment infrastructure works — including banking rails, virtual accounts, FX flows, and approval chains
  • Experience working across product discovery and delivery — from validating user problems to shipping production-ready solutions
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex finance logic into clear, buildable product features
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise customer needs and the compliance, finance, and operational challenges they face
