Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
  • Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure
  • Self-source leads on a continual basis through different channels and develops trust-based relationships with the aim of winning new business
  • Present Bayzat’s Work Life Platform in a professional & consultative manner
  • Strive to provide Bayzat’s customers with an excellent customer experience and develop long-standing relationships
  • Eager to always learn about the market and the competitive landscape
  • Manage strong pipeline & present accurate pipeline management
  • Adapt to fast-paced work environment, prioritizing core responsibilities while managing multiple tasks
  • Leverage cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders 
What you will need to have:
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Commercial sales experience
  • Positive mindset and eagerness to learn 
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
  • Ability to leverage insights and data through the sales process to add value to buyer discussions 
  • Skillful presenter with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Self - Starter & Assertive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
