Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
- Assist the sales team in generating and managing motor insurance quotations for individual and corporate clients.
- Analyze client requirements (vehicle type, usage, driver profile, claims history, etc.) and match with the most suitable insurer and product.
- Benchmark insurer pricing, benefits, and policy terms to support competitive placement.
- Track leads, opportunities, and conversions in CRM systems to ensure pipeline visibility.
- Coordinate with multiple insurance companies to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and secure the best value for clients.
- Maintain strong working relationships with insurer partners to ensure smooth processing of quotations, endorsements, and renewals.
- Monitor insurer service levels, TAT, and escalate issues when needed.
- Prepare and present comparative quote analysis to clients with clear recommendations.
- Support clients in completing proposal forms, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure accurate issuance of policy documents, endorsements, and certificates.
- Handle client queries related to motor insurance pricing, benefits, claims process, and coverage clarifications.
What you will need to have:
- 1–3 years of experience in motor insurance sales/underwriting/operations (preferably with a broker or intermediary).
- Knowledge of UAE motor insurance regulations and products
