About the Role:
We are looking for ahands-on Recruiterto own end-to-end hiring delivery for priority roles across the business. This role is execution-focused and outcome-driven, ideal for someone who thrives on sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and disciplined process ownership.
 
You will partner closely with Hiring Managers, Recruitment Ops, and the TA Lead to ensure roles move fast, data is clean, and hiring decisions are made on time. This is not a conceptual or employer-branding role; success here is defined by fills, quality, speed, and compliance.
 
Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
 
End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles (intake → sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → close).
  • Drive timely progress across all hiring stages and proactively unblock delays.
  • Ensure a consistent, professional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
Sourcing & Outbound Headhunting
  • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong shortlists and talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Track sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve outreach quality and response rates.
Screening & Assessment
  • Conduct structured recruiter screening calls aligned with role requirements and hiring criteria.
  • Produce clear, concise, and decision-ready screening notes for hiring managers.
  • Apply defined assessment criteria consistently and flag misalignment early.
Hiring Manager Partnership
  • Run structured intake calls and clarify role scope, priorities, and hiring expectations.
  • Follow up relentlessly on feedback, interview availability, and hiring decisions.
  • Enforce agreed hiring timelines and process adherence.
ATS Ownership & Process Discipline
  • Maintain high ATS hygiene: accurate stages, complete data, timely updates.
  • Ensure all candidate movement, feedback, and decisions are properly documented.
  • Flag process gaps, non-compliance, or recurring bottlenecks to Recruitment Ops / TA Lead.
Coordination & Execution Excellence
  • Coordinate interviews efficiently with minimal errors or rework.
  • Manage candidate communication end-to-end (scheduling, updates, rejections, offers).
  • Ensure SLAs, turnaround times, and quality standards are consistently met.
 
What you will need to have:
  • 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience(in-house or agency).
  • Proven ability to source and close candidates through outbound methods.
  • Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working in structured, process-driven environments.
  • Confidence working with ATS systems and recruitment data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 
Nice to Have
  • Experience hiring for Sales, Operations, Tech, or SaaS environments.
  • Exposure to high-volume or fast-paced hiring contexts.
  • Familiarity with structured interviews and scorecards.
  • Hands-on use of AI or automation tools in recruitment(sourcing, screening support, scheduling, or workflow optimization).
