About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Payroll team, which is focused on solving the most critical challenges in payroll management, payroll processing, and compliance across the UAE and KSA.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a mature and widely adopted product that sits at the heart of our customers’ HR and finance operations. A key responsibility will be to enhance and scale payroll processing workflows, ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and fully compliant with evolving labor laws in the region. You will also drive the development of deeper payroll integrations with accounting, ERP, and banking systems, enabling seamless salary disbursements and financial reconciliations.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who has previously built or scaled payroll or HR tech products, and who understands the complexities of regional labor law, compliance requirements, and payroll integration use cases.
 
Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
 
Product Discovery
  • Understand customer finance workflows and pain points through interviews, data analysis, and competitive research
  • Identify opportunities across accounts payable, card expenses, and receivables modules to streamline financial operations
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and validate high-impact solutions
Product Design
  • Define product requirements, user journeys, edge cases, and business rules — especially around financial and accounting logic
  • Collaborate with product designers and engineers to prototype, test, and refine features
  • Ensure product designs account for different financial systems, approval flows, and integration requirements
Accounting & ERP Integrations
  • Lead end-to-end scoping, design, and delivery of integrations with popular accounting platforms and ERPs
  • Ensure financial data (invoices, journal entries, payment details) sync accurately with third-party systems
  • Work closely with finance, compliance, and engineering teams to build reliable and scalable sync logic
Product Delivery
  • Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
  • Provide deep context around financial workflows, payment infrastructure, and customer use cases
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure features are shipped with high quality and business impact
  • Monitor product usage and performance to inform iteration and improvements
Cross-functional Leadership
  • Work with strategic partners and vendors where needed (e.g., banking infrastructure, card issuance platforms)
  • Coordinate across engineering, design, operations, and customer success to ensure successful go-to-market
What you will need to have:
 
● A minimum of 4 years of Product Management experience
● You must be a native Arabic speaker
● Experience working with ERPs, Payroll products of Fintech
● Strong stakeholder management skills
● Analytical mindset: you understand how to gather the data, how to analyze the data, how to interpret the data to make business decisions
