Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
  • Understanding the Claim RI & Preauthorization process as well as documentation requirements from all insurance companies/TPAs.
  • Reviewing documents submitted by clients and following up with them to ensure they comply with necessary specifications. Escalation to the Team leader and the Account manager when necessary.
  • Submitting claims to insurers and following up with them until case resolution within Insurer SLA.
  • Record and maintain accurate information on all ongoing claims in our CRM system.
  • Monitoring the Claim Dashboard on a daily basis to ensure the handling of customer requests within set KPIs.
  • Provide status updates on claims to clients and explain the requirements for additional information.
  • Turnaround time for claim placement, indemnification, insurer follow-up and escalation
  • # of Claims and Pre-Approvals processed on average per day/week (250 claims monthly approx.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction for Claims & Preauths, ability to overturn claims and Preauth decisions.
What you will need to have:
  • 2-3 years and above of experience in the health insurance industry like in insurance companies, TPAs and/or at hospitals/clinics insurance depts.
  • Any kind of Medical Doctor degree holder .
  • Well organized, detail-oriented & customer centric.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills .
