Position Purpose
Working for a fast paced, diverse, and developing organization who are currently experiencing growth and development. This organization are now seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage a multi-sited business, developing the recruitment structure and process across all areas of the business.
 
Key accountabilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment Across the Tribe
  • Deliver a dynamic end-to-end recruitment service across venues and HQ, reducing agency reliance through strong direct sourcing strategies.
  • Recruit for diverse roles — high volume, front-line, youth-focused, specialist, and leadership — across UAE, KSA and regional markets.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines that reflect our brand: spirited, inclusive, progression-focused.
2. Partnering With Hiring Managers
  • Coach and support hiring managers on writing BOUNCE-worthy JDs, interview confidence, culture-fit evaluation and straight-talk feedback.
  • Collaborate early to understand each role’s vibe, standards and success outcomes — and build smart resourcing plans.
  • Help hiring managers level up their hiring behaviours, even without formal leadership authority.
3. Talent Attraction & Employer Brand
  • Bring the careers page to life — keep content fresh, energetic and human so candidates feel the Tribe before they even apply.
  • Build and nurture BOUNCE Talent Communities (WhatsApp groups, newsletters, talent pools).
  • Deliver recruitment content and presence that reflects youth culture, authenticity and our brand personality.
  • Help shape the onboarding vibe so new Tribe members feel the love from day one.
4. Sourcing, Outreach & Creative Pipelines
  • Use multi-channel sourcing — recruitment events, social platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, CV mining, community partnerships, youth networks and universities.
  • Develop Emirati & Saudi talent pipelines that support nationalisation and progression pathways.
  • Support intern, graduate, apprentice and early-career recruitment programs across the business.
5. Systems, Data & Compliance
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other TA systems to source, track and engage candidates.
  • Maintain accuracy and velocity across recruitment workflows using ATS/HR systems (any brand suitable).
  • Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source quality, retention of hires) and share clear insights.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws throughout all recruitment steps.
  • Partner with P&C leadership to predict seasonal staffing needs and optimise workforce planning.

  • Explore new recruitment ideas, events and channels to stay ahead of talent trends.
  • Find ways to make the candidate experience feel like BOUNCE — fun, real, inclusive and respectful.

Experience & Capabilities
Experience
1–3 years in recruitment (agency or in-house), high-volume hiring exposure, youth-oriented or service industry experience advantageous.
Systems
Confident with LinkedIn Recruiter and comfortable learning any ATS/HR system.
Talent Sourcing
Ability to attract candidates across multiple channels, including social, events, and community outreach.
Communication
Straight-talking, warm, human — able to coach managers and engage candidates with clarity and energy.
