As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for delivering growth via our owned channels (database and social media platforms) and earned channels (paid digital channels). Social Media Management:
·        Manage and grow the organic social media presence of BOUNCE and miniBOUNCE across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X, delivering on agreed engagement and awareness objectives
·        Create, write, and edit platform-centric content that is on trend, audience relevant, and consistent with brand positioning and tone of voice for both brands
·        Stay ahead of social and cultural trends in each market, quickly adapting and innovating content to maximize reach and engagement
·        Adopt and test platform innovations that drive engagement, traffic & revenues (eg: in-platform bookings)
·        Ensure social content supports both brands SEO and GEO visibility strategies
·        Ensure that social content supports and aligns with our paid social media plans and executions
·        Collaborate with Venue and Content teams to produce timely, platform-appropriate content aligned with brand campaigns, seasonal offers, and promotions
·        Develop and maintain the social media calendar using Sprout Social
·        Monitor, analyze, and report monthly on social performance against KPIs, providing learnings and actionable insights
Owned Audience (Database)
·        Support the execution of our customer Nurturing Series for both brands, analyzing results and optimizing content to drive Engagement and Repeat Visitation
·        Manage content requirements and track performance for our Referral program, recommending improvements to increase effectiveness
·        Execute tactical campaigns across database segments (e.g., WhatsApp, email marketing), that are effective with driving Repeat Visitation and report on results
Earned Audience (Digital Marketing)
·        Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with monitoring paid media campaign performance against KPIs, budgets, and plans
·        Coordinate and collate campaign assets for the digital agency on a monthly basis
Strategy & Relationship Management
·        Build strong working relationships with and venue teams, leading collaboration on social media and content needs
·        Represent Marketing in selected “whole of business” initiatives, as needed, ensuring brand consistency across all areas of execution.

Skills & Experience Required
 
If you are the right person for this role, will have 2-3 years of marketing experience managing organic social media for brands and have worked with other digital media channels and platforms  (Google, Meta, CRM) as well as exemplary written, spelling and grammar skills with strong attention to detail.
They will be creative and technically savvy, comfortable using AI tools, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously. Staying up-to-date with the latest social and lifestyle trends that appeal to our target audience will be important.
Experience with entertainment or other relevant  leisure/sports, retail brands is preferred and specific qualifications in digital marketing or social media will be highly regarded.
Most importantly, the Growth Marketing Executive needs to live and breathe the brand culture and values. They need to be a straight-talker and a problem-solver.  They need to be ready to roll their sleeves up and get in alongside the team to make stuff happen. They need to be a leader with confidence born from self-belief, not ego.
