Sales Executive - Doha, Qatar - BOUNCE

Position Purpose
 
·        Ensure that the agreed revenue sales targets are consistently achieved, through the implementation of growth initiatives, market coverage, execution of sales plans and efficient activation of our BOUNCE Programs & Activities.
·        Our BOUNCE sales vision will shape our ethos and consistent delivery of results, over time.
·        Building Customer Relationships and creating memorable experiences for our Customers is a key imperative for the Sales Lead as is the growth of the overall visibility and communication of our BOUNCE Brand with key stakeholders in our priority Channels.
 
Principals Accountabilities
 
·        Analyse data and use logic to develop and implement revenue-based quarterly & annual Territory Sales Plans, including but not limited to revenue targets per Channel.
 
·        Drive sales revenue, within assigned parameters, based on annual budgets and territory sales targets, for the Education Channel, Partnerships and the Leisure & Tourism sectors.
 
·        Achieve an excellent conversion rate for inbound leads / enquiries, in the assigned Channels, whilst consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
 
·        Continuously drive New Business growth, focused on selling current Programs & Activities to existing Customers, targeting to capture a wider audience, whilst also expanding our market reach to new Nurseries, and alternative Sectors / Channels.
 
·        Collaborate with Brand Activation Team to develop and manage strategic Market Outreach Programs with Nurseries, raising Brand awareness and driving incremental revenue.
 
·        Knowledge of assigned territory to optimize route planning and consistently meet assigned minimum quotas on Customer callage.
 
·        Effective use of assigned financial resources and available sales toolkit to deliver action-oriented outcomes with key Customers.
  
·        Develop meaningful and long-term relationships with key stakeholders and through our products, programs and Annual Partnership Agreements, drive incremental revenue and further re-enforce these relationships.
 
·        Develop deep understanding of customer requirements and convert into sales opportunities.
 
·        Research, explore, and engage different 3rd party events agencies, destination management companies, tour operators and travel agents and propose to Head of Sales, sustainable commercial agreements that drive incremental revenue growth.
 
·        Create, manage and maintain accurate customer information using Nutshell, our valuable CRM tool and a rich source of business development data.
 
·        Complete & submit daily and monthly sales reports to prescribed standards, consistently on-time. Weekly forward planning and Customer visit reports are mandatory.
 
·        Perform other assignments and manage Channel relevant Events, as requested by the Line Manager from time to time
